300° Water Temperature Control Unit

For applications requiring the use of high temperature water, Delta T Systems has developed a high pressure temperature control unit. Capable of reaching up to 300°F (149°C), Delta T Systems is reaching a higher degree with this new and enhanced water temperature controller option.

Delta T Systems’ standard water temperature control units come with a maximum operating temperature of 250°F. To operate a standard unit at 250°F (121°C), a water supply pressure of 10 PSI is required, which typically a city water line, cooling tower, or chiller system can easily provide. However, with the all new TCU that can operate at a max of 300°F (149°C), the water supply pressure must be at a minimum and constant 65 PSI. At that pressure, usually a city water line, cooling tower, or chiller system is not an option, but Delta T Systems’ new unit now offers a highly functional solution.

With the 300°F (149°C) water temperature control unit, Delta T Systems provides a “booster pump” in the unit. This pump will take the provided water supply pressure, and increase it, and send it to the process pump to now allow the unit to run at a process temperature up to 300°F.

As always, when Delta T Systems’ customers ask, we provide!
