Seattle Chocolates recently purchased several Delta T System’s compact water units which were specifically designed to control the precise temperature required to produce Seattle’s finest quality chocolate during the manufacturing process.
Water is circulated through a jacketed vessel or tank that holds the chocolate and Delta T’s temperature control unit provides precise control over the manufacturing process providing excellent product and quality results.
